In-store Returns Policy


Should you wish to return something which you bought in store, Wyefret operates a 7 day, no questions exchange or credit note policy on anything new, used, or vintage. This means that you have 7 days from purchasing the goods to decide if you’re totally happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event you’re not happy and wish to return your goods for a credit note or exchange them for other goods; simply return your goods to the store in the same condition, in the same packaging with your receipt or proof of purchase.

If we have altered, modified or customised any item which you have purchased to your specification, or we have sourced or ordered something at your request then unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange or credit note unless the goods are deemed faulty .

If you have damaged, modified or devalued the goods or the goods show excessive signs of use then Wyefret reserves the right to refuse the exchange of goods or issuing of a credit note.

All in-store exchanges or credit notes are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are ultimately issued at the discretion of the store manager.

UK and Europe - Online or Phone Sales

Wyefret operates a 14 day no questions refund, exchange, or credit note policy on anything new, used, or vintage, bought through our website or by telephone. This means that you have 14 days from receiving the goods to decide if you’re totally happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event you’re not and wish to exercise your right to cancel the contract you must contact us in writing or by email within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. A telephone call is not sufficient.

You must return the goods within 14 days in the same condition and in the same packaging in which they were received by you. You must cover the costs of returning the goods.

Should you choose to have your purchase refunded, upon receipt of the goods by us, we will issue a refund less any currency conversion costs and, less the shipping costs (including the cost to us of any ‘free shipping’ offers). The refund will usually be issued within 48 hours, but never longer than 14 days. In the event the goods returned to us are damaged, modified or show excessive signs of handling then a deduction to the amount refunded will be made.

Should you choose to have a credit note issued, upon receipt of the goods by us, we will issue a credit note. The credit note will usually be issued within 48 hours and will be less the shipping costs (including the cost to us of our free shipping). In the event the goods returned to us are damaged, modified or show excessive signs of handling then a deduction to the amount issued in the credit note will be made.

Should you choose to have an item exchanged or replaced, upon receipt of the goods by us we will inspect the goods to insure that they are not damaged, modified or show excessive signs of handling. Should the goods returned to us be deemed in a sufficient condition we will ship the goods to be exchanged or replaced within 48 hours. You will have an additional 14 days from the delivery of the exchanged or replaced goods to decide if you’re totally happy with your purchase, if you’re not, simply return the goods to us for a refund less any currency conversion costs and, less the cumulative shipping costs (including the cost to us of our free shipping).

In the event that the goods haven’t been dispatched you will be refunded on the same day.

The right to return goods does not include any item that we have sourced or ordered specifically for you and does not extend to any items which have been altered, modified or customised to your specification.

Should the goods not be fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality, or as described, then you have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us in writing or by email of your intent to request either a refund, credit note or an exchange and the reasons as to why.
